Every section of the HubSpot office is named after a neighborhood in the greater Boston area and has a corresponding mural. For Kendall Square, I decided to deviate from the simpler line work we’d been using and take things in a more colorful direction.
After a series of pencil sketches, I set up a basic 2-point perspective in the ‘ol Illustrator and went to work. The end result is (I hope) a nice mix of big imagery and subtle details. Oh, and a hidden mountain goat.
